Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Potatoes π₯©π§π₯
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Potatoes:
In a skillet over medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil.
Place potatoes cut-side down, season with salt & pepper.
Cover and cook for 8β10 mins, flipping occasionally until golden and tender.
Set aside.
2. Sear the Steak Bites:
In the same skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.
Add steak cubes, sear 2β3 mins on each side until browned. Donβt overcrowd the pan!
Toss in garlic and 2 tbsp butter, cook for 1 more minute until fragrant.
3. Combine & Finish:
Return potatoes to the pan, toss everything together.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
