Ingredients:

2 cups pasta shells 🍝

2 cups broccoli florets 🥦

2 tbsp butter 🧈

2 tbsp flour 🌾

2 cups milk 🥛

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀

½ cup grated parmesan 🧂

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Optional: parsley for garnish 🌿

Instructions:

Boil pasta until al dente 🍝

Steam or blanch broccoli 🥦

In a pan, melt butter, whisk in flour, and cook 1 min 🧈

Gradually add milk, stir until thick 🥛

Mix in cheeses until melted 🧀

Combine pasta, broccoli, and sauce

Pour into a baking dish,
