Cheesy Crescent Beef Squares

These golden, flaky squares are packed with seasoned beef and topped with melty cheddar — perfect for game night or a family dinner! Simple to make and always a crowd favorite.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning or your favorite spice blend
1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking spray or a bit of butter for greasing
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for 5 minutes until flavors combine.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into rectangles, pinching seams to seal.
Spoon beef mixture down the center of each rectangle and fold the dough over the meat, pinching to seal.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and top with shredded cheddar.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Serve hot with salsa, sour cream, or guac for dipping!
