Ingredients:
(Makes one 8x8-inch pan — about 25 small squares)

- 3 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
- 1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest (from 1–2 lemons)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: yellow food colouring for a lemony hue
- Optional: powdered sugar or extra zest for garnish

👨‍🍳 Directions:

Step 1: Prep Your Pan
1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Step 2: Melt & Mix
1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
2. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, zest, vanilla, salt, and food colouring (if using).
4. Mix until fully combined — it will thicken slightly as the lemon reacts with the chocolate.

Step 3: Pour & Set
1. Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
2. Smooth the top with a spatula.
3. Sprinkle with extra zest or powdered sugar, if desired.

Step 4: Chill
1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
2. Once firm, lift out with parchment and cut into squares.
