• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms

• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
• Salt & pepper to taste



🔥 Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken
• In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
• Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
• Remove from skillet and set aside.



2. Roast the Potatoes
• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
