🍫 Texas Chocolate Pecan Pie
🧂 Ingredients:
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 large eggs
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 unbaked 9" pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
🔧 Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together corn syrup, sugars, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until center is set and top is golden.
Cool completely before slicing. Garnish with whipped cream and extra pecans if desired.
