Rustic bread topped with creamy blue cheese, simple yet bold in flavor.

Ingredients:
• 150 g Bleu d’Auvergne cheese (crumbled)
• 3 slices rustic bread
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
• 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions:
