Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Lasagna with Ranch Drizzle
Ingredients:
- 1 pound cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
3. In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese with mozzarella cheese.
4. In a 9x13 baking dish, layer lasagna noodles, buffalo chicken mixture, and cheese mixture.
5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
8. Drizzle ranch dressing on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
