🥩🧀🍝 Steak Bites & Creamy Three-Cheese Tortellini – Pure Comfort in Every Bite!
Ingredients:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-size pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 package (20 oz) three-cheese tortellini
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded provolone
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package; set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear steak bites until browned; remove.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Stir in cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, and provolone until creamy.
Add tortellini and steak bites to the sauce; toss gently.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
