Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Mashed Potatoes π₯©π§π₯
Ingredients:
400g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes π₯©
2 tbsp butter π§
3 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish πΏ
Mashed Potatoes:
3 medium potatoes, peeled & boiled π₯
2 tbsp butter
ΒΌ cup milk or cream π₯
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the steak: Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add steak bites and sear for 2β3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic until fragrant. Return steak to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.
4. Mashed potatoes: Mash the boiled potatoes with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until creamy.
5. Serve the steak bites over or beside the mashed potatoes. Garnish with parsley and a pinch of chili flakes if desired. πΆοΈ
