Fish & Pumpkin Nourish Bowl
Ingredients:
1 serving grilled or pan-fried fish
1 cup cubed roasted pumpkin
½ cup steamed broccoli
Handful of sliced cherry tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Steam the Broccoli – Cook until tender.
2️⃣ Roast the Pumpkin – Toss cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast until soft.
3️⃣ Cook the Fish – Grill or pan-fry until golden and flaky.
