Instructions:

1. Preparing the Steak:

• Season the steak generously with salt, pepper, and any preferred herbs or spices.
• Heat a cast iron skillet or grill on high.
• Add a little oil and sear the steak on both sides for about 3-4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until desired doneness is achieved.
• Once cooked, allow the steak to rest for 5-10 minutes to retain its juices.

2. Cooking the Scallops:
