Cacciucco (Tuscan Fish Stew) 🇮🇹 🍲Perfect with crusty bread! 🦑🐟✨
Ingredients:
• 1 lb mixed seafood (fish, squid, shrimp) (450g)
• 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup crushed tomatoes (240ml)
• ½ cup red wine (120ml)
• 2 cups fish broth (480ml)
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• Salt and pepper
• Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add crushed tomatoes, wine, broth, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add seafood, cover, and cook for 10 minutes until tender.
4. Season to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve with toasted bread.
