Burrata Salad with Tomatoes & Arugula
Ingredients:
2 fresh burrata cheese balls
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
2 cups arugula
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Prepare the Base: Arrange arugula on a white plate.
Add Burrata: Place burrata cheese balls on top of the greens.
Top with Tomatoes: Scatter diced cherry tomatoes over and around the burrata.
Season & Drizzle: Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
Serve & Enjoy: Best enjoyed with toasted bread or as a refreshing side!
