8 oz cooked egg noodles or ramen noodles
1 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or sesame)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli florets), sliced or chopped

Instructions
1. Prepare the Steak and Shrimp
Season the sliced steak and shrimp with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the Noodles
Cook the egg noodles or ramen noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sliced onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
4. Cook the Steak and Shrimp
