Pineapple Coconut God Bless America Cake 🇺🇸🍍🍰

Ingredients:

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple

2 eggs

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup sugar

1 cup shredded coconut

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13" dish.

Mix pineapple, eggs, oil, and sugar.

Add coconut, vanilla, and pecans.

Combine with flour, soda, and salt.

Bake 30–35 minutes.

Cool completely before slicing.
