1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil

8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 tbsp butter 🧈
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
Zest of ½ lemon 🍋
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 🌿
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into ½-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped 🌿

Instructions
Marinate & Grill the Chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken slices with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Set aside.
Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, toss potato cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Cook the Pasta
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Sauté the Garlic Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Make the Creamy Lemon Garlic Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet (wipe gently if needed), melt butter over medium heat.
Sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add lemon zest and chopped dill, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing gently. Add reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
Assemble & Serve
Slice the grilled lemon-herb chicken.
Serve the creamy lemon garlic Alfredo pasta topped with the sliced chicken and sautéed garlic shrimp.
Serve the crispy garlic-rosemary potatoes on the side.
Garnish with extra fresh dill and lemon wedges, if desired.
