Wednesday salad goals with Asian inspired flavors! Romaine lettuce π₯¬ with cubed rotisserie chicken π, shredded carrot π₯, avocado π₯, sunflower sprouts π» and chopped scallions with fresh cilantro and honey roasted cashews for some crunch all tossed in a homemade honey soy lime dressing! Oh my yum itβs so delicious and super refreshing.
To make the dressing add the following ingredients to a small mason jar, close tightly and shake well to combine.
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 tablespoon raw honey π―.
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice.
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
