One-Pan Steak & Cheesy Garlic Butter Noodles
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz egg noodles
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Add steak to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute, until the garlic is fragrant.
Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer, and then add the egg noodles. Stir occasionally, cooking the noodles in the broth and cream for 8-10 minutes, until the noodles are tender and most of the liquid has absorbed.
Once the noodles are cooked, reduce the heat to low and add in the shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
