3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups milk

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

2/3 cup softened butter

For the Glaze:

2 cups powdered sugar

4 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Make the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.

Make the swirl: In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until combined. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture over the cake batter. Use a knife to swirl it through the batter.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.

Make the glaze: While the cake is still warm, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the glaze over the warm cake and let it soak in.
