GOOEY CHOCOLATE DRIP LOAF CAKE
You Will Need:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
For the Drip Topping:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, mix butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
3. Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
4. Pour into pan and bake for 30–35 minutes. Let cool slightly.
5. For the drip, heat cream until hot (not boiling). Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
6. Drizzle over the loaf and let it drip down the sides. Slice and serve warm for max gooeyness.
