Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (optional)
Directions:
1. Begin by cooking the elbow macaroni as per the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain the macaroni and allow it to cool completely.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and vinegar if you choose to use it.
3. Once the macaroni has cooled, add it to the bowl along with the chopped celery, bell pepper, red onion, and sweet pickle relish.
4. Gently stir the mixture until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
5. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
6. For the best flavor, cover the salad and chill it in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Enjoy!
