🇮🇹 Spaghetti con le Cozze (Spaghetti with Mussels) 🖤🍝✨
A coastal classic – simple, flavorful, and elegant.
Ingredients:
450g mussels (1 lb), cleaned
340g spaghetti (12 oz)
60ml white wine (¼ cup)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
🧄 Cook garlic in olive oil.
🖤 Add mussels & wine, steam covered for 5–7 min.
🍝 Cook spaghetti al dente.
🔁 Combine pasta with mussels and sauce.
🌿 Sprinkle with parsley & serve hot!
