Crab Rangoon Bombs

Ingredients:
1 package of wonton wrappers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup crab meat, shredded
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Oil for frying
Sweet and sour sauce for serving

Directions:
Begin by heating oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C). While the oil is heating, prepare the filling by combining the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.

Take a wonton wrapper and place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold the wrapper over to create a triangle, sealing the edges tightly. Repeat this process until all the filling is used.

Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the filled wontons into the oil in batches, frying them for about 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil.

Serve the crab rangoon bombs hot with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
