Creamy Garlic Chicken Wraps**
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp spicy garlic chili sauce
- 1 cup shredded kale
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whole wheat or spinach wraps
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, spicy chili sauce, kale, apples, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Mix well to coat the chicken.
3. Dump the mixture onto a greased baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
4. Serve in wraps, garnished with extra kale or apple slices.
Variations:
- Add diced carrots for added crunch.
- Substitute chicken with shredded turkey.
