🛒 Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks 🍗
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
1 tsp garlic powder
250 g (9 oz) cheese tortellini 🧀
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1 tbsp butter 🧈
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 ½ cups heavy cream 🥛
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
👩🍳 Instructions:
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and set aside. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then pour in cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth, add chicken and tortellini. Top with cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley before serving.
