Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries😋
Ingredients:
• 200 g dark chocolate
• 200 ml whipping cream
• 2 egg whites
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• Fresh raspberries for decoration
Brief Preparation:
1. Melt the Chocolate: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
2. Whip: Whip the cream in one bowl and beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form in another.
3. Mix: Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream. Then fold in the egg whites until combined.
4. Chill: Divide into glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours. Decorate with fresh raspberries before serving. A quick and delicious dessert!
