Easter Bunny Coconut Tails
Ingredients:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups sweetened shredded coconut, plus extra for rolling
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food coloring (pastel shades: pink, yellow, blue, purple, green)
Pinch of salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.
Gradually add in powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated and smooth.
Fold in shredded coconut and mix until a dough forms.
Divide the mixture into separate bowls depending on how many colors you want. Add 1-2 drops of food coloring to each and stir until evenly tinted.
Roll each colored mixture into 1-inch balls and then roll them in extra shredded coconut to coat.
Chill the coconut tails in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
