COOKIE DOUGH BITES!
INGREDIENTS

▢1¾ cups all-purpose flour spooned and leveled
▢¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) salted butter softened
▢¾ cup light brown sugar
▢¼ cup powdered sugar
▢2 tablespoons whole milk
▢1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
▢1 cup dark chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spread the flour out on a large sheet pan.

Bake the flour in the oven for 5 minutes to heat treat it.
Remove the pan with the flour from the oven and set aside to let it cool for about 10 minutes.
While the flour is cooling, make the dough in a large bowl by using a hand or stand mixer to beat the salted butter and light brown sugar together until creamy, about 1 minutes.

On the lowest setting of the mixer, gradually beat in the powdered sugar until completely combined, about 1 minute. You should have a light and fluffy butter mixture at this point.

Mix in the whole milk and vanilla extract until completely combined, about 30 seconds.

Once it has cooled, beat in the all-purpose flour until it is incorporated into the dough, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Fold the dark chocolate chips into the cookie dough.

Use a 1 ½ inch cookie scoop to scoop the dough into balls.
Roll each ball of dough in your hands to smooth it out and place it on a plate or sheet pan.
Place the cookie dough bites in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
Plate and serve cold.
