Corn Fritters
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups corn kernels
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the flour, corn kernels, sugar, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Scoop tablespoons of the mixture into the pan and flatten them slightly. Fry until the fritters are golden brown on both sides. Drain them on paper towels and serve hot.
