Sugar-Free Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup butter, room temperature
½ cup powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto powdered sweetener)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and butter.
Beat together with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add powdered erythritol and vanilla extract.
Continue beating until the mixture is light, fluffy, and fully blended.
Notes:
If the frosting is too soft to pipe or spread, chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes to firm it up.
Works great on low-carb cakes, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, or as a dip for fruit.
Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less sweetener.
