Fruity Pebbles Breakfast Bread
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal (plus extra for topping)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined.
Gently fold in 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles cereal.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle extra Fruity Pebbles generously on top.
Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
