Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups white granulated sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 large cans of peaches (one can drained, one can with juice)
1 stick butter
1 cup self-rising flour
