Snickers Bar Ice Cream Cake
A decadent and indulgent dessert that combines the flavors of Snickers bars and ice cream.
Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (14 ounce) can caramel topping
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 pint chocolate ice cream
Instructions:
Prepare the crust: Combine crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Make the filling: Beat sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Assemble the cake: Pour the filling over the prepared crust. Drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Freeze: Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Top with ice cream: Scoop chocolate ice cream on top of the frozen cake.
Drizzle with caramel: Drizzle with additional caramel topping.
