Crockpot Mississippi Beef and Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 8-10 peperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb egg noodles
Instructions:
1. Place beef stew meat in the crockpot and sprinkle ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the top.
2. Add peperoncini peppers and butter on top of the beef.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
5. Shred the beef in the crockpot and serve over cooked noodles.
