Old-Fashioned Ground Beef and Biscuit Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and frozen vegetables. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Pour beef mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
5. Arrange biscuits over the beef mixture.
