Cranberry & Turkey Stuffing Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chicken or turkey broth
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary or parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, chicken or turkey broth, and the beaten egg. Stir until well combined.
3. Season:
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in fresh rosemary or parsley if using.
4. Form Balls:
- Shape the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Brush with Butter:
- Lightly brush the stuffing balls with melted butter.
6. Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Serve:
- Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
