🧀 Raclette
A cozy Alpine dish of melted cheese served with potatoes and cured meats.
Ingredients:
• 800 g Raclette cheese (sliced)
• 1 kg potatoes (waxy variety, like Yukon Gold)
• 200 g cured meats (ham, salami, prosciutto, etc.)
• 6–8 cornichons (small pickles)
• 1 small onion (optional)
• Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Wash potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender.
2️⃣ Drain and keep warm.
3️⃣ Arrange cured meats, cornichons, and onion slices on a serving platter.
4️⃣ Melt Raclette cheese using a Raclette grill, broiler, or oven-safe pan until bubbly.
5️⃣ Pour melted cheese over hot potatoes.
6️⃣ Serve with cured meats and pickles on the side.
