Ingredients
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour (optional, for crispness)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 large egg
2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder, onion powder, or dried herbs for flavor
Instructions
Mix the Dough
In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and seasonings.
Add egg and olive oil, mix until a dough forms.
Roll & Cut
Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
Roll out thin (the thinner, the crispier).
Cut into squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place crackers on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
Cool & Enjoy
Let cool completely (they crisp more as they cool).

Sprinkle sea salt on top before baking for a saltine vibe.
For cheese crackers, add ¼ cup grated Parmesan to the dough.
