2-Ingredient Orange Crush Cupcakes
Ingredients:
For the Cupcakes:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 12 ounces orange Crush soda
For the Frosting:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons powdered orange Jello
- 3 tablespoons orange Crush soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

3. Pour the batter evenly into the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
4. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. While cupcakes are baking, prepare the frosting. Beat the softened butter in a mixing bowl until creamy.
6. Gradually add the confectioners sugar and powdered orange Jello, mixing well after each addition.
7. Add the orange Crush soda and vanilla extract, then beat on medium speed until the frosting is light and fluffy.
8. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting them generously.
9. Serve and enjoy your bright, citrusy orange-flavored cupcakes!
