Crockpot Chili Cheese Dip
Ingredients
3 cups homemade chili or 2 15.5oz cans
8 ounces cream cheese cut into blocks
32 oz block of Velveeta Cheese cubed or 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
¼ cup salsa
Instructions
Add chili to crockpot.
Cut blocks of cream cheese and place on top of chili.
Cut Velveeta into blocks and place on top of chili.
Pour ¼ cup salsa on top of everything.
Mix everything together until combined.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours. Stirring once halfway through.
Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, corn chips, bread or hot dogs!
