Borrowed from a friend! Santa Fe chicken foil pack:

-4 chicken breasts
-½ teaspoon chili powder
-salt & pepper to taste
-1 can black beans drained & rinsed
-1 can whole kernel corn
-1 cup diced bell peppers any color
-10 ounces Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
-½ cup Mexican cheese or monterey jack, shredded
-Cilantro & jalapenos for garnish

Lay the chicken breasts in the foil and top it with all the ingredients listed except for the mexican cheese and bake for about 40 min or until the chicken is cooked at 350. The last 10 min, top the chicken breasts with the mexican cheese and leave the foil pack opened.
