📌 Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Loaded Cheesy Potatoes:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bacon bits (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
For the Cheesy Broccoli:
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
Salt & black pepper to taste
🔥 Instructions:
Prepare the Steak Bites:
In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add steak bites and toss to coat evenly.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for about 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Loaded Cheesy Potatoes:
Boil potatoes until fork-tender (about 15–20 minutes). Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add melted butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mash or mix until creamy.
Stir in half of the cheddar cheese and transfer to a baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon bits on top.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Prepare the Cheesy Broccoli:
Steam broccoli florets until tender (about 5 minutes).
In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream or milk over medium heat.
Add cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until smooth.
Pour cheese sauce over steamed broccoli.
Serve & Enjoy:
Plate the steak bites, cheesy potatoes, and cheesy broccoli.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of ranch or sour cream if desired.
