Crispy Taco Cups – Crunchy, cheesy, and so delicious! 🌮🧀
Ingredients:
12 small tortillas
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
Cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
3. Warm tortillas slightly, then press each into muffin tin cups to form a shell.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
5. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
6. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Fill each tortilla cup with seasoned beef.
8. Top with shredded cheese and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes until melted.
9. Remove from oven and garnish with onions, cilantro, and tomatoes.
10. Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
