🇫🇷 Choux à la Crème (French Cream Puffs) 🥐🍰
Delicate pastry shells filled with luscious vanilla cream—French pastry perfection!
Ingredients:
125 ml water
50 g butter
75 g flour
2 eggs
200 ml heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Heat water and butter until melted, then add flour. Stir until dough forms.
Remove from heat, add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Pipe small rounds onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff.
