One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta 🍝
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Cook the beef – In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
Add garlic & butter – Stir in butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Season the beef – Add onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Add liquids & pasta – Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir, then add the pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Simmer & stir – Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
Add cheese – Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Garnish & serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
