My homemade version of Tandoori Sauce
I love how it turns out. This sauce is great for marinating, grilling, baking or just condiments.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup yogurt (I use low fat Greek yogurt)
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
Mix everything in a bowl and ready to use. Enjoy!
To use: coat generously your chicken or you meat with the sauce. Marinade for at least 1 hr and ready to grill or bake. Happy cooking!
