⬇️ Chicken and Broccoli Lasagna 😋⬇️
Craving a comforting and delicious meal? This Chicken and Broccoli Lasagna combines tender chicken, nutritious broccoli, and plenty of cheesy goodness for a dish everyone will love! 🍽️✨
Ingredients:
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 12 oz. bag of frozen broccoli, thawed
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions; then drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chicken cubes until thoroughly cooked.
4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, thawed broccoli, mozzarella cheese, and half of the parmesan cheese.
5. Layer some of the chicken and broccoli mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
6. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top.
7. Continue to alternate layers until all ingredients are used, topping off with noodles.
8. Sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese over the final noodle layer.
9. Cover the dish with foil to prevent sticking and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
11. Allow the lasagna to cool for around 10 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
