For the Salad:

Preheat oven to 200 °C / 400 °F. Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and chili. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until crisp. Season chicken with oil, salt, and pepper, then grill or pan-sear until fully cooked and lightly charred. For the guacamole, mash avocado with lime juice, onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix salad ingredients in a bowl. Plate the grilled chicken with sweet potato fries, guacamole, and salad. Serve immediately and enjoy!
