Easy Baked Crackers Packed with Seeds, Nuts, and Savory Flavor 😋💪

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (70g) sunflower seeds
1/4 cup (35g) pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/4 cup (35g) chopped almonds or walnuts
1/4 cup (36g) chia seeds
1/4 cup (30g) ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons (15g) sesame seeds
2 tablespoons (10g) nutritional yeast (optional, for cheesy flavor)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 cup (240ml) water

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped nuts (almonds/walnuts), chia seeds, ground flaxseed, sesame seeds, nutritional yeast (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir everything together well.
3. Pour the water over the mixture and stir until fully combined and moistened.
4. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the chia and flax to gel and thicken the batter.
5. Pour the thickened batter onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread it out very thinly and evenly using an offset spatula. Aim for uniform thickness for even baking.
6. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and score into desired cracker shapes with a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
7. Return to the oven and bake for another 25-35 minutes, or until the crackers are dry, firm, and lightly golden. Watch carefully near the end.
8. Turn off the oven, prop the door slightly ajar, and let the crackers cool completely inside the oven to become extra crisp.
9. Break apart the cooled crackers and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
